Our Timberhorse rocking horses are made in the traditional manner of the old English rocking horse. We use a variety of timbers. Our beautiful native timbers are popular as are Pine and Macrocarpa. Most timbers can be sourced and, as we are based in Northland, the ultimate is our magnificent swamp Kauri. The timber horse has small and large versions. The small stands approximately 750mm to the top of the head while the large size is approximately 1100mm. Both sizes are available on either bow rockers or swinger stands in a range of mane colours and saddle styles.
